Transverse flutes and recorders, traditional and orchestral, tin whistles, crumhorns, ocarina, jew's harp, guitar and percussion.

A menu of musical pieces , with compositions from seven centuries ago till our days, to be chosen by the public.

¿Wouldn't you like a good plate of flutes, or a Goddesses desert after a Rondeau of Boismortier's first course?

"Music a la Carte" characterizes itself for the participation of the public in the selection of the works to be performed in each concert, from a “menu” that includes European and American dances, pieces from the Baroque and compositions of Contemporaries composers written for every kind of flute.
